TaskBridge, in partnership with Hear Women and UN Women, led the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Somalia’s protection sector, aimed at strengthening gender rights protection, stakeholder coordination, and response mechanisms. The SOPs focused on mapping key protection actors, defining clear coordination structures, and establishing standardized intervention protocols to enhance case management, service delivery, and survivor-centered approaches. Through extensive stakeholder engagement and multi-sectoral collaboration, the SOPs provide a structured framework for effective protection service delivery, policy alignment, and long-term institutional capacity-building within Somalia’s evolving protection landscape.
