TaskBridge supported the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation of Jubbaland State of Somalia in developing a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework to enhance governance, institutional accountability, and policy implementation. The framework established structured performance indicators, data collection methodologies, and reporting mechanisms to track program effectiveness, service delivery, and impact measurement. By integrating evidence-based decision-making and real-time monitoring tools, the framework strengthens policy oversight, intergovernmental coordination, and sustainable institutional reforms.
